Aeronautical Property — Aircraft Parking Development

Although currently being used for non-aeronautical purposes (temporary vehicular parking lot), this parcel has the ability to meet the needs for aeronautical development. As evidence of the most recently completed Airport Master Plan, the area has been designated as a future aircraft parking apron.

With increases in activity during the summer months on Cape Cod, our busiest time, pavement space for aircraft parking can be difficult to come by. The Airport has a ±4 acre parcel that is ideal for a future aircraft ramp and allows for aircraft parking space away from terminal gates with quick access to the region.
